When contacting us, please include:

• The email address you use to sign in
• Your device type (e.g. iPhone 15, Samsung Galaxy S23, iPad Air)
• A brief description of the issue
• Screenshots if possible

🔐 Sign-In Help

If you're having trouble signing in:

• Make sure you're using the same sign-in method used when creating your account — Facebook, Google, Apple, or Email.
• Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
• For email accounts, select Forgot password on the email login screen in the app to reset your password.

🐞 Report a Bug

If something isn't working, email us at support@powertip.com.au and include:

• What feature were you using? (e.g. Join League, Make Tips)
• What happened?
• A screenshot if possible
• Your device type and OS version (e.g. iOS 18.1, Android 15)
