1. About Power Tip™

Power Tip™ provides sports tipping and entertainment services for AFL, NRL, and other sports. The app is a game of skill for entertainment purposes only and does not involve real-money gambling.

2. Use of Service

• Power Tip™ is intended for users aged 13 and over.
• You agree to use the app lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
• You must not misuse the platform, attempt to manipulate scores, or engage in any conduct that disrupts other users' experience.
• Power Tip™ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
• Power Tip™ may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of these terms, including accounts engaged in misuse, cheating, or abuse of other users.

4. Subscriptions

Power Tip™ Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription.

• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at the time of purchase confirmation.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings — App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and features within Power Tip™ — including the Power Tip™ name, logo, and game mechanics — are the intellectual property of Power Tip™ and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Power Tip™ is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or accuracy of sports data. To the extent permitted by law, Power Tip™ is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Power Tip™ after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
