Power Tip is a multi-sport tipping app built to bring something new to a game that hadn't changed in decades. It started in 2025, developed from a simple frustration: footy tipping had seen very little innovation for a very long time.
Power Tip launched to the public in late 2025 with AFL and NRL. In late 2026 it expanded to include EPL and NFL, with AFLW, NRLW and A-League also added, and the Partner Programs launched, giving venues and social channels their own Power Leagues. Venues and social channels are joining for the 2027 season.
Power Tip is about bringing sporting communities together. Footy tipping has always been about mates, workplaces, pubs and clubs sharing a bit of friendly rivalry, and we want to keep it that way. Power Tip is a betting-free place to compete, talk and have fun, where the only thing on the line is bragging rights. For the 2027 season, we're bringing more venues and social channels on board with their own Power Leagues, and growing our community in the UK and USA through the EPL and NFL. Our aim is to keep adding strategy, skill and banter to a game people already love.
Every game in a round gets its own rating, and the higher the rating, the more points a correct tip is worth. Each rating can be used only once per round, so every tip becomes a decision. That adds a layer of strategy, skill and banter that runs right through to the last game of the season.
Power Tip lets you play in private leagues with friends, family and workmates, and in Global Leagues open to everyone. Partner Power Leagues let you tip alongside your favourite social media tippers, and Venue Power Leagues connect you with your local pub or club, all within one app.
